We create this simple, elegant web site to showcase her horses and the services she provides.

em:t records is a small but very cult ambient record label based in nottingham, england.

[db] design pretty much all the label's output, from the albums themselves to print advertising and postcards.

the place in which we find ourselves is a collection of short stories and poems created by a small and very unofficial writer's collective based in paris.

[db] designed the book, and the illustrations were created by one of our team. we also created the very simple but elegant site through which the book is sold.

gary weekes is a distinctive and idiosyncratic photographer, specialising in people, in all their forms.

gary needed a very specific style for his site, which we were happy to provide for him.

james ward is a local artist, decorator and furniture maker. he required a simple site to display these three areas in which he works.

one of our very first sites, but for a friend noddling around with experimental music.

marden ash house is a large, characterful georgian manor house just north of london.

[db] is closely involved in a project to sell this property, using a web site, web marketing and other means.

of love and number was a contemporary dance production for which [db] was commissioned to create an accompanying video, using real and computer generated footage.

part2 is [db]'s own record label. we've been working on developing it for a year or so -- everything from the a&r to the identity and web site (built with Renaissance, of course).

over the coming months, we'll be putting more free downloads online and moving towards putting cds out.

part2 specialises in ambient, hard to define, and abstract electronic music.

tessa traeger is a world rennowed photographer, largely credited with raising food and horticultural photography to the status of art, and with several works in the national portrait gallery.

[db] was asked to improve on the design of her existing site, and add cms capabilities.

The Creation Factory (or TCF for short) is a shared office and business incubator currently based in Brick Lane. TCF offers both new and established businesses a base in East London, and the tools to power communication and collaboration within their membership.

[db] is closely involved with TCF, and we were more than happy to design and build their web site. As TCF is truly a values-driven organisation, we took their values as our starting point, and built the site from there. All in Renaissance, of course.

Tom's a great young illustrator with whom we work on a number of projects. We designed him this site to promote his prints and commissioned work.

Although the site was more complex initially, it evolved into a single page AJAX powered gallery, with the images front and centre. It's powered by the latest version of Renaissance, of course.

vanessa koeller is a artist working with printmaking, photography and digital media, who divides her time between cambridge and north yorkshire.

we were delighted to design a simple, elegent site to show her work.

with such a large array of colours and styles on display, we felt that it would have been impossible to create a colour scheme to match them all. we opted for a plain grey approach, keeping graphical elements and text to a minimum.
